- Keynote presentations
- Multiple breakout sessions
- Breakfast, lunch, and breaks
- Access to industry vendors in our exhibition space
- Optional CEU or Attendance Certificates

Wednesday, April 16, 2025 – Open Networking Event:
5:30pm to 7:30pm at the Hallie E. Ford Center
During the registration process you will be asked if you would like to join us for the pre-conference networking event. The Center for Healthy Aging Research at OSU, founded in 2005, provides innovative and interdisciplinary research, education, and outreach that enhances health and quality of life for older adults, their families, and communities. This celebration honors 20 years of that important work and collaboration between the Center and the OSU Gerontology Conference. Join us for brief comments from past and current CHAR leaders and faculty, socializing, beverages, and maybe even birthday cake!
Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] two (2) weeks prior to the start of the conference. Cancellation requests received by that time will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Substitutions may be allowed. Please contact the conference organizers for approval.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds if it has been more than SIX (6) months since the original charge.
