Registration Rates:

| Retiree/OSU Registration | $150.00 |
| Late Retiree/OSU Registration (Starting April 14, 2026) | $200.00 |
| Student Registration | $75.00 |
| Late Student Registration (Starting April 14, 2026) | $125.00 |
Registration Includes:
- Keynote presentations
- Multiple breakout sessions
- Breakfast, lunch, and breaks
- Access to industry vendors in our exhibition space
- Optional CEU or Attendance Certificates
(Certificates will be emailed to attendees after the conference, you will be asked to request specific CEUs during the registration process)
Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected] two (2) weeks prior to the start of the conference. Cancellation requests received by that time will receive a refund of registration fees minus a $50.00 administrative fee. Substitutions may be allowed. Please contact the conference organizers for approval.
Please note that we are unable to process refunds if it has been more than SIX (6) months since the original charge.
