Assisted Living Administrators – Oregon Department of Human Services, Aging and People with Disabilities Unit 5.75
Clinical Social Workers Oregon Department of Human Services, Safety, Oversight & Quality Unit 5.75
Long Term Care Administrators – Long Term Care/Nursing Home Administrators may receive continuing education hours in accordance with requirements set forth by the Oregon Health Authority Health Licensing Office, Long Term Care Administrators Board Chapter 853. A certificate of attendance will be issued that participants can use to document effort to meet state licensing requirements.  Please request a certificate of attendance on your registration form. 5.75

If you have already registered but need to add a CEU to your registration please email [email protected] to let us know which certificates are needed. We can then add the CEU to your registration and send a link for payment. If you have yet to register you will be able to select the appropriate CEU’s directly at that time.

Certificates of Attendance and Certificates of Continuing Education will be emailed to attendees.

Adult Foster Care and Adult Home Providers:
Oregon Department of Human Services, Aging and People with Disabilities. For Adults with Physical Disabilities (APD), Addictions and Mental Health (AMH) and Developmental Disabilities (DD).

Assisted Living Administrators:
Oregon Department of Human Services, Aging and People with Disabilities.

Clinical Social Workers:
Licensed Clinical Social Workers may receive continuing education hours for conference attendance. The Board of Clinical Social Workers accepts continuing education credits credentialed by the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS).

Long Term Care Administrators: (formerly Nursing Home Administrators)
Long Term Care Administrators may receive continuing education hours following the requirements set forth by the Oregon Health Authority Health Licensing Office, Long Term Care Administrators Board Chapter 853.
