2012 OSU Gerontology Keynote Speaker - Wendy Lustbader

Wendy Lustbader, MSW , is a nationally acclaimed speaker and author on caregiver issues.  Her books include: Taking Care of Your Aging Family Members and Counting on Kindness: The Dilemmas of Dependency.  In addition, Wendy is  a medical social worker who specializes in outpatient mental health at Seattle’s Pike Place Medical Clinic and is an affiliate Assistant Professor at the University of Washington School of Social Work.  She has practiced in home health care, a hospital geriatric unit, and nursing homes.  Ms Lustbader is known for the insight, inspiration, humor and caring she brings to her teaching and clinical practice.

Ms. Lustbader will be the keynote speaker for the 36th Annual OSU Gerontology conference on Wednesday, April 11, 2012.
