Sara Phillips is a licensed clinical psychologist in the geropsychiatric/neurobehavioral “Springs” program at the Oregon State Hospital, specializing in working with older adults who experience severe and persistent mental illness, cognitive decline, neurological impairment (including traumatic brain injury), and co-occurring disorders. She is also a founding member of the OSH Trauma Informed Approach Project, dedicated to integrating trauma awareness, assessment, consultation, and education to all aspects of the OSH community. Sara achieved her BA in Psychology at the University of Washington. She completed her graduate work at the California School for Professional Psychology at Alliant International University in San Francisco
