James Lusk.  Master of Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance”, Oregon 
James Lusk has been teaching Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation in the Portland Metro area since 2004 through his studio “Steal the Sun Tai Chi” at various venues including Senior and Community Centers, Independent Senior Living and Intensive Care Facilities, health clubs, local and national businesses, Churches and Temples, and Martial Arts schools. His students are mainly older adults, frail to fit, including those dealing with the consequences of Arthritis, MS, Parkinson’s and Strokes.  James is certified to teach Tai Chi through the Guang Ping Yang Tai Chi Association and is a Certified Professional Senior Fitness Instructor through the American Senior Fitness Association. He is a Master Instructor of the evidenced-based program “Tai Chi: Moving for Better Balance” developed by Dr. Li at the Oregon Research Institute and has helped the Oregon Health Authority implement the program statewide through a grant from the CDC.
