If your computer doesn't already have Acrobat, it is a free program that you can download here. Lodging We recommend lodging at the conference hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn (Corvallis). The Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis is located at 2500 SW Western Blvd, Corvallis, Oregon. A restaurant is located in the hotel. To make reservations, call 541-752-5000 or click here to visit the special Hilton website set up fot this conference. Identify yourself as an OSU Gerontology Conference 2010 paticipant (group code GER) when making reservations. The special room rate will be available until March 24th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Parking (Please Note - Campus parking policy has changed!) Daily permits may be purchased for $7.00 from pay and display stations at various locations on campus. Please note: Pay stations currently only accept exact cash payment. You can also purchase parking permits online at: https://secure.oregonstate.edu/ocs/register.php?event=413. Once you complete the payment process a confirmation letter will appear and one will be sent to your email. This confirmation letter will serve as your permit. You will need to print the confirmation letter and place it on your dash while parking on campus. All vehicles without permits will be ticketed. The closest parking lot to the conference is adjacent to Reser Stadium at the corner of 26th and Western Boulevard. Please see map for additional parking lot and pay station locations on campus. Do not use the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) parking lot unless you are staying there. The lot behind the HGI is no longer available for parking. Early Registration Fees On or before April 5th, 2010: Two Days: $190 One Day: $100 (On-site registration: Two Days: $220 One Day: $125) Student Registration: $50 OSU Employees and OSUERA Members: $50 per day Continuing Education Certificates: $10 each - all disciplines Registration is validated by postmark or date received by FAX or Website. Thursday & Friday buffet lunches, as well as refreshments, are included with registration. |
