Lodging

We recommend lodging at the conference hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn (Corvallis). A block of rooms for the OSU Gerontology Conference has been reserved for April 11 - April 12, 2012. 

The Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis is located at 2500 SW Western Blvd, Corvallis, Oregon. A restaurant is located in the hotel. To make reservations, call 541-752-5000 or visit the Hilton website.  Indentify yourself as an OSU Gerontology Conference participant when making reservations (Group Code: GER). 

Parking (Please Note - Campus parking policy has changed!)

Daily permits may be purchased for $7.00 from pay and display stations at various locations on campus. Please note: Pay stations currently only accept exact cash payment.  You can also purchase parking permits online at: https://secure.oregonstate.edu/ocs/register.php?event=413. Once you complete the payment process a confirmation letter will appear and one will be sent to your email. This confirmation letter will serve as your permit. You will need to print the confirmation letter and place it on your dash while parking on campus. All vehicles without permits will be ticketed.

The closest parking lot to the conference is adjacent to Reser Stadium at the corner of 26th and Western Boulevard.  Please see map for additional parking lot and pay station locations on campus.

Do not use the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) parking lot unless you are staying there. The lot behind the HGI is no longer available for parking.

Registration Information
2012 Conference Registration opens February 1st, 2012
Wednesday and Thursday continental breakfast and buffet lunch, as well as mid-morning and afternoon refreshments are included with registration.

Early Registration Fees for 2012 Conference

After April 5, 2012, registration is on-site April 11th and 12th

Regular Two Days:  $195                     One Day: $105

(Late or on-site registration: Two Days: $220 One Day: $130)

Student Registration: $75 for 2 days, $40 for one day

Current and former OSU Employees: $100 for 2 days, $55 for one day

Continuing Education Certificates: $10 per day - all disciplines

Registration is validated by postmark or date received by FAX or Website.
On-line registration closes at midnight, April 5, 2012.

Payments

Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Purchase Orders accepted. Register online or fill out a registration form with payment information and FAX to 1-541-737-9315. Include signature, type of card, expiration date and a phone number where you can be reached for verification. You may also call 1-541-737-9300 for assistance.

Refunds

Registration fees will be refunded until April 5, 2012 less a $50 administrative fee
