This two-day conference at Oregon State University will be held on April 3rd and 4th of 2013.  The conference will feature workshops by leading geriatric professionals presenting current information for health and human services occupations in a wide variety of disciplines, including:

Lodging

We recommend lodging at the conference hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn (Corvallis). A block of rooms for the OSU Gerontology Conference has been reserved for April 3-4, 2013.

The Hilton Garden Inn Corvallis is located at 2500 SW Western Boulevard, Corvallis, Oregon. A restaurant is located in the hotel. To make reservations, call (541) 752-5000 or visit the Hilton Garden Inn's website. Identify yourself as an OSU Gerontology Conference participant when making reservations (Group Code: GER).

Parking

Free parking in student and visitor lots is available for conference participants in the lot adjacent to Reser Stadium at the corner of 26th and Western Boulevard; do not park in the numbered spaces as these are metered. Parking is also free on floors 1-4 of the parking garage.

Do not use the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) parking lot unless you are staying there. The lot behind the HGI is no longer available for parking.

Registration Information

2013 Conference Registration opens February 1, 2013
Wednesday and Thursday continental breakfast and buffet lunch, as well as mid-morning and afternoon refreshments are included with registration.

• Early Registration Fees for 2013 Conference: $195 for two days; $105 for one day
• Late or on-site registration (after March 29, 2013): $220 for two days; $130 for one day
• Student Registration: $75 for two days; $40 for one day
• Current and former OSU Employees: $100 for two days; $55 for one day
• Retirees (age 60 and older): $100 for two days; $55 for one day
• Continuing Education Certificates: $10 per day - all disciplines

Online registration closes at midnight, March 29, 2013.

Registration is validated by postmark or date received by FAX or website submission.
